I think it kind of makes sense. So many of us almost like monitor ourselves on a constant basis and sometime when we don't feel quite right, it can trigger anxiety. If most are like me, many times I feel a bit uncomfortable after a big meal...and it makes me miserable....for me at least, I stopped eating before I felt like I had a giant rock laying in my stomach. You might want to cut back a bit on your portions at one sitting...just a thought.
