just anxious today as usual

monday mornings are bad. i tend to think about the whole week ahead and find all kinds of things to worry about. there was some small trouble yesterday with my car and now i'm afraid it will break down. i left work friday with a lot of work on my desk and i'm anxious about that. i wish there were someone i could talk to early in the morning but instead i have to spend it alone.

I am sorry that you had a rough Monday morning. I think that a lot of people struggle with the feelings of being overwhelmed at the beginning of the week.

Well one day down now...a few more to go. You can do it!

Is there a way that you can have a diagnostic done on your car, so that you are proactively check out the problems, rather than waiting for it to break down? A lot of places will do a free check on certain things...or at the least, take the price of the diagnostic off of any repairs that they need to do.
