I'm sorry, friend!
You're going to make it through this. Think about
how many times before you have made it through it.
How about
we do a little teamwork?
You kick up some breathing exercises.
(The easiest one I know is inhale to the count of four, hold to the count of four, release for the count of eight.)
I'll kick up some knee mail. ;)
Hugs, friend!

Hi kortnie21, I don't know you whole story but I just had a stint put in my right leg. All went well and my
circulation is much better. Have you talked to your doc? It will be ok, do something fun keep your mind
busy. The breathing exercises are a great idea.

Kortnie21 , please go to another doc, I didn't know what was happening to me , I went to the ER 3 times
cause I didn't believe it was anxiety but it is, went to a new doc and she knew right away. I still don't feel
a hundred percent but I'm getting a little better each day. I'm also trying to keep busy in the evenings so
my mind doesn't go into that dread mode.

Hi Kortnie, I have blockages in my legs, It has been there for 15 years. My mother and grand
mother both had it, so I had been exerciseing more and just couldnt do as much as I wanted
sooooo I went in and they decided to put in a stent. Im going back in, in 6 months to have
the other one done. Anyway 3 weeks later I started having these awful attacks, headpressure
upset stomach, heavy chest and uncontrollable shaking. Im still trying to figure out how
to get through all this too. I'll tell ya what though, keep coming to this site, every one has
been great with advice.

kortnie, Remember that breath is a great marker of where your anxiety level is at throughout the day. Short, shallow breaths signify stress and anxiety in the brain and body. On the flip side, consciously breathing, plus lengthening and strengthening the breath helps send signals to the brain that it’s okay to relax. Big Breath and relax. You can do this. Turn your day around and make the rest of it peaceful. *´¨) ¸.•´¸.•*´¨) ¸.•*¨) (¸.•´ (¸.•` ¤ Kitt
