For me personally I am trying to cut mine down a LOT. I was a multiple mountain dews a day person, and I've cut to 1 or 2 caffeinated drinks a day. I was in the hospital for a ton of tests (typical hypochondriac move) and had no caffeine at all that day, or most of the next. I started getting a nasty headache so I had a mountain dew to help. That was when I noticed that caffeine was a massive trigger for my anxiety because I didn't feel too bad that day. I'm no expert, but just know your body and minimize the caffeine intake as much as possible. It seems to be working for me.
