Well I had a good second opinion with the cardiologist he said my heart looks good for me being 21 and wants to see me back in 6 months to see how I feel that's the good news :-) BUT the bag news is I feel like crap today like I'm starting at square one were I'm gonna be stick on the couch for another 2 months cry cry

Well that's really up to you K. You can let the symptoms run your life or you can do something about it and take control of it again. Don't spend you life on the couch. If your cardiologist gave you the go then you have nothing to worry about!

I just hate it when I feel like thus I'm thinking about just going to the bar NO not to drink but to watch my cousins band they start back up tonight. But I don't want to be there long... I feel like if just a little but of my sleep schedule gets messed up I have bad days like this

Think positively!!

Are you feeling at all relieved by what your medical report told you today?

Keep repeating to yourself that you are okay, and that the only thing that it causing you to feel bad is your anxiety...then decide that anxiety can take a flying leap!

Instead of letting yourself get on the couch...make yourself go for a walk instead. Nothing big, just a stroll. If that feels okay, maybe call a friend and make some plans...maybe just a movie or a game night or something mellow.

See how you feel if you push yourself just a bit outside of the comfort zone of the couch. It won't harm you...the worse it could do is make you feel more anxious...but I bet that it won't or even if it does...that it is temporary...and the gains that you willl make from the move will be worth it!

Give it a try.

Yeah! Go listen to the music and dance...just for awhile:)

I went to a comedy club on Wednesday, and was out later than usual...but it was worth it...it was such a good time.:)

S.C I feel really relieved from what news I got today.. That's what I don't get could it be because I haven't got enough sleep?

Larry I felt thus way all day but still went to the mall got some new shirts thanks to the boyfriend lol

I understand what you mean when I get like this its hard to get motivated to really do anything and I do try to go out n at least go to the store but even that sometimes triggers it. being young and having this run your life is hard but remember it only controls what you let it im still working on that part but it helps when I do actually sit down and remember that

Thanks rockstar it is hard I too just try to atleast try to go to the store even tho its only a mike down the road and I sometimes get anxious

Anxiety is a work of art rather bad are good art thats anxiety you have to live hun take it from someone who knows,to let life go by you is not how God meant for it to be. Speak good to yourself&keep in mind we hold the power in our mouth,what we speak will be&God says this in his word that death&life is in the power of our mouth. And I speak life to you 21 years old please don't be like me at 21&lose your good years,for soon you will get older like me pushing 30&wonder how&why you lost good years glued up in fears you got this go for it&beat anxiety&don't let it beat you anymore.
