RS,
Spend 10-15 minutes fully devoted to breathing and progressive muscle relaxation. If you get distracted, start over until you can have a good solid session.
If you have improved symptom wise...then you'll know. If you feel any worse, then you can make a call, or go in.
I am betting that you will feel better after doing your coping skills though!
Will you let us know how you are doing later?
