Have you had a cardio workup? It isn't that I think you need one - but that most of us have and have had normal results. lol
If you have, and you haven't been advised by your doctor to check your blood pressure, I'd recommend handing it over to hubby and slowly quit asking for it all.
But, yes, your blood pressure and heart rate can both spike during panic/anxiety. Mine was so high at the dr's office last week that the triag nurse asked if I was there for chest pains and went running to get my doctor. My doctor just laughed it off. No treatment necessary, whatsoever.
