I can't tell you the technical medical reasons why, but I absolutely know caffeine and energy drinks play a role in inducing anxiety. I was a coffee lover. Big time! Never thought I could quit, but once I noticed how badly it effected my anxiety I quit, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Ill have a cup when I'm feeling real good that's all. I'd try to cut back to see if it helps. I bet you'll notice a difference. Energy drinks are pretty bad for anyone. Anxiety or not.
