Well I'm still here...I managed to get back to work. I took a nursing position working three shifts a week. After each shift I have fatigue and feel very achy. I've noticed that I take more ibuprofen than I used to. My muscles just ache...my thoughts are that it's a muscle disease but my mom and husband say it's more related to being 41! Lol I still suffer the usual anxiety symptoms: muscle twitches, tingling, jittery, occasional headaches...and the list goes on...but thanks to SC I have been working on my breathing and that does seem to help. I have also seen that many people on here wake up with the symptoms. I have always had more issues in the morning. I wake up so anxious. It's become a routine for me to wake up, make coffee and pop a Xanax. I know the coffee isn't good but I just have a little to help combat the fatigue. My problem is that I still have some subconscious health anxiety. I know this because I often have nightmares about
losing my mobility. I am working on it though...Trying to enjoy the here and now and avoid borrowing trouble. It does help to remind myself that none of us have guarantees and that we ALL meet our maker...Right Larry!
