So, my Hubby left today and everything seems to be fine however now that i'm laying down i'm not feeling to good my chest hurts n my left leg feels weird :-\ ugh is this normal doesn't help that i'm home alone

You will be fine - and you know you will be fine. Keep yourself busy and you won't think about it.
Try to have a good night's sleep and you will feel better in the morning.

You can do this.

I know its tough, but this is something you need to do for yourself, after its over your confidence will go

Thank u guys you're such a great help so far its been good just bad chest and arm pain but I try to block it out

The more you fight it and the more battles you continue to win, you'll be better able to fight the next one that comes along. Be proud of yourself for what you've already accomplished and if you should stumble, don't think of it as a total loss, just say it's a minor glitch on the roadway of life. Then you get yourself back up and keep on going! The only time we "lose" is when we refuse to try to get up again! ;)

Two days down...you are doing great.:)

My husband recently told me that he may need to fly on business to China, possibly Thailand, and perhaps even Europe in the next year!

He has never had to do business internationally before. Although I am proud of his progress...I am not fully comfortable with this idea yet!

We can get through this together though, right?

Wow international flight hopefully its not a any time soon so u can get used to the idea :-) and ya do far so good and its all cuz of u guys and yes e can get through anything together

Maybe we can chat Saturday night? There is sometimes a scheduled chat in the A/P at 8 central time I believe?

My husband will be away this weekend as well...and my daughter's both have plans/sleepovers. I probably will just take the time to listen to the peace and quiet of my house...so I will check into the chat rooms and see if anyone is around.:)

If I see you there, great...if not, I know that you are off partying, and smile and send you a virtual high-five!!!

CST is two hours ahead of PST...so if we wanted to meet up with the others, then we would check in at 6:00...but I may be a little bit later than that...b/c I have to drop my youngest off at her sleepover...but I will pop in somewhere around 6:30-7:00 our time...I am in California too!;p

Here it is Wednesday and you are still doing good.  My hubby used to work the 11:PM to 7:00AM every third week and the 4 kids and I would be home alone.  Only once did I ever call the police for hearing noises outside.  My kids were a newborn, 4, 6 and 8 years old.  I would call my hubby at work when I got spooked and he would stay on the phone while I checked the house.  We had a 2 story at the time. I have outgrown the anxiety of anyone trying to break in and my youngest is now 42 years old.

I stay home a lot at night as hubby is a hunter and goes up north to our cabin.  I have a sweet dog, Memphis, a 90 lb Doberman who loves his Mommy.  :-)

One day you will look back and remember how you overcame your fears - be proud of yourself.

What part of Cali SC and thanks skitt i'm trying tonight is really hard ive broke down crying and I just feel weird bit i'm trying to calm down and I have a kitty who'sa brat lol

I'm trying :-( I have one more day to go and my body is just ugh my chest feels like its on fire and I just feel so sick this is horrible I just keep saying to myself that i'm ok

You are okay, and you'll make it!! Keep repeating your positive mantras, and keep up with the breathing and relaxation exercises.
