Poetic08I have many of the same symptoms as you mentioned and thankfully they do not happen all at once and all the time.
I have a hand tremor and I will have arm and leg twitches which I always hope nobody notices. My voice will get a bit shaky and if my anxiety is up I feel like I am rushing to keep up with everything. That is when I will stop in my tracks and stop multitasking realizing I am not getting anything accomplished ~ just spinning my wheels.
I worry about silly stuff; are we going to get to an appointment on time, will I remember to take out meat from the freezer for dinner tomorrow and just plain wasting my "thinking cells".
What helps me is to remember that other people have anxiety too and go through similar thoughts the same is me. All I really have to take care of is me, to calm down and so I take some Big Breaths, talk to myself in a positive way and move a little bit slower.
I also make lists and check them before I leave home to make sure I have my schedule correct and than I feel a lot more calm.
Big breath and keep doing what helps you the most to control your anxiety.
Kindly,
Kitt
