I seen my gp, he seems to think its just stress related, I demanded a health plan which was evaluated and then I went to see a psych, which he recommended a mood stabilizer , in the time I have had a heart monitor and an X-ray and a thyroid exam.
Over the last 18 months I been back and forwards to all types of gp's for other oppinions, last doc said only thing under my rib is my lungs, which should have shown up on X-ray if there was an issue.
Since the mood stabilizer I haven't needed to go to ER and my stress levels have come down and I think I only had 1 case where I had pressure in my head but I stayed up late one night , other than that all is ok.
My sides are concerning me, I know there is something wether or not it's muscular or the rib is pressing on something I don't know.
It seems to get a lot worse after I have had food
I been doing exercises as well, treadmill, weights and elliptic cross trainer regularly , I know what you thinking he's pulled a muscle but this is has been around over 2 years and comes and goes , and I only started cardio 2 months ago.
