For the last 6-8 months I have had unexplained medical problems with no diagnosis of anything. These problems have created anxiety. The anxiety has led to insomnia. The insomnia has created more worry about
sleep and caused me to call in sick to work. I have tried Camomille tea and hot showers but when my head hits the pillow I have increased heart rate, body pain, and if I sleep it is in a light stage that makes me even more anxious. I move around a lot and my boyfriend is currently in another city and I also get acid reflux before bed. Any advice? The insomnia and attacks seem to be getting
Worse.
