Does anyone else journal and see a counsler

I was wondering if anyone here see a counsler and journal to help you out? I havent been to my counsler or journaled in 2 years before last week and I am already feeling better. So does anyone else do either or both of these and does it help you too? confused

HI StoS,

I am no longer in therapy, but did find great help in doing so previously.

I do not journal everyday, but will sporadically...and I do believe that it is a good coping skill!

These things are great steps, and I am glad to read that you are taking them and finding relief!

Keep up the good work, and keep us posted as to your progress okay?

Thank you S.C. I seeing my counsler on Friday. I am journaling so much I am running out of paper. Lol but it works. I will keep you all posted with all that is going on.

Hey Scared,

I'm about to go to a counselor for the first time today, but I have been journaling for the past few weeks and it definitely helps me out. At the very least I see my "fears" on paper and can see how ridiculous some of them are and gives me at least a little time to just kind of step back and laugh at them.

I've been thinking about the journal thing. And I'm getting set up to see a counselor on Nov 7. Hopefully this helps me like it does you all!
