sick with anxiety

my anxiety is not as bad as some days, but i am still feeling it today. the weather turned cold and i know it will be colder as winter comes in. and i'm scared i won't take care of myself enough to buy a winter coat. i just hate shopping.

i'm also dealing with some dental trouble and i hope it isn't serious. so much seems to go wrong with my teeth and i'm tired of it.

i am trying to pray this morning and ask for help.

one good thing is that i'm not worried about work today. i have stuff to do and it should be a busy day. less time to worry.

Good Luck Display. It seems like when we are busy our anxiety can't make it's stand like it usually does. My work is not demanding enough lately, and with winter coming on I seem to get in that "blue" faze too. Sinuses can cause quite a bit of dental pressure, so maybe it's just that. I'm praying right along with you - for both of us and for everyone dealing with anxiety/panic issues. We all just want to feel "good" and "normal".

I don't like cold weather either...

Can you order a coat on-line? Or ask your sister to go shopping with you when she is back?
