Fear is our greatest enemy. I know the feeling - I am sitting at work, not worrying about
anything, but one small thing will make me get emotional - we are on the edge.
Try to take deep breaths and GET UP AND MOVE! I find that, if I can force myself, getting up and walking around - or finding something active to do will help me through it. Sitting at a desk just makes it worse sometimes. Good luck with the paperwork, I'm sure it will be fine.
