I too am sorry to hear of your anxiety return, and the resulting symptoms that it brings.:(
I am glad to read that you are in therapy, and hope that you will continue to benefit from this.:)
How long has it been since you have seen your regular doctor? It seems that your anxiety center of health related issues...so getting a clean bill of health from a check up may be helpful.

In there you will find all kinds of great self-help ideas for anxiety reduction/management. The breathing and relaxation exercises are especially great if practiced daily. There are even two book recommendations specifically on health anxiety that I think might be good for you to consider.:)
