I am sorry that you are not feeling well.:(
I do think I remember you having this issue before, and that it seems to follow the symptoms of IBS...which is pretty common with anxiety.
I also deal with these issues at times, but can go months in between bouts of it, so it keeps me guessing!
Try to eat bland, and the least 'processed' foods that you can for a couple of days to see how that works for you.
I am sure that you will be okay.;) Use those coping skills as well to keep your anxiety in check.
