I am sorry that you are having such a rough morning.:(
Hopefully it will start to fade, as morning anxiety (high Cortisol levels) is common. Without Cortisol, a stress hormone, we would never get up and moving in the a.m., but it often gives us extra anxiety/symptoms.
Keep trying your coping skills. If the breathing isn't working, try
progressive muscle relaxation. Flexing and holding muslces tense for a few seconds, then completley relaxing them can really help to release stress/tension in the body. For full instructions, see this link:
