I am so excited to hear that you are feeling so happy and well.:)
I want to be encouraging...but I also want you to be careful with this diet.
It is really restrictive, should be done only with your doctor's approval...and is meant to be temporary.
When your body is deprived of carbs, and is making large amount of ketones, it is basically in a state of stress.
Therefore, once you have achieved a certain percentage of your goal weight, you need to move out of the super-restriction plan, and slowly add in healthy complex carbs.
At this time exercise would be a healthy addition to your routine as well!
