There's all sorts of reasons for pains here and there, probably they're just normal and you haven't really started focusing on them until you met our mutual friend Anxiety. I think Anxiety causes me to really focus in on me, to be inward-focused and concentrated on my feelings, and my body. It transports our minds to a very introspective place, cut off from everyone we exist for moments in the terrifying distorted perception of reality because we are alone in those thoughts, there's not any outside reference to balance what's going on in our heads. The best method for me has been to disengage myself and engage what's going on right in front of me.
