When I woke up, I felt like the room was spinning around when it wasn't it is different than dizziness. It's scary. I got downstairs and was able to get to the couch. When hubby woke up I said I think we need to go to the hospital. Better to be safe than sorry. I hope to be home in a few hours. Merry Christmas.

Hi Everyone, Sorry just getting back here, came home went to bed and crashed, the medicine they gave me made me super tired.
Officially dx with Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. There is no rhyme or reason you get it. I just got scared this AM because the last time I had vertigo, it went away after I laid down and this time it didn't. Surprisingly I was very calm, my BP was steady and normal. They did the CT Scan, Blood Work, all was good, so I have to take this medicine and follow up with my Dr after the Holidays. I feel much better. My wonderful husband has the prime rib in the oven, and we are now going to
open Christmas Presents. The dogs are excited to see what is in their stockings.
Thanks to all who have thought about
me today, it's appreciated.

Good news! I am sorry that you had to go through all that...but it was worth it to get some answers.
I hope that you were able to salvage the rest of the day, and have a Merry Christmas after all!
Talk to you soon,
S.C.
