Hang in there! It gets so much better, eventually they become a nuisance and then finally fade away.

What set you off? Lately for me it's my in-laws but it's more of an angry raging tirade than an anxiety attack, lol.

Hi Eddie,

How are you feeling now? I am sorry that you had to go through this...but know that you are not alone.

We have had a few threads on post Christmas panic! Often, when the adrenaline rush of the holidays is over...we can experience anxiety 'fallout'.

Ust your coping skills!! (see Resources for ideas)

I find that a combination of breathing exercises and positive mantras help to get me through rough spots.

Yes, they most definitely do suck! But like S.C. said, you're not alone! Hang in there! Hope you feel better asap.

I have been good for the passed week or two, only having to take one Xanax rarely two. Today I'm back to being shaky and feeling like I cant breathe and the Xanax this morning didn't work to its full ability as well as the one I took at about 830 this evening. I thought I was doing so good then bam! its back again and its very frustrating!!! My Dr tells me to take two Xanax if one doesn't work but Im afraid to, I feel like Ill stop breathing If I do...that's how bad it gets. They definitely suck, hang in there we're all going through this right along with you, or have been through it! It's very miserable )-:
