I am sorry to hear all that you are going through. Know however that I have read countless stories almost identical to yours...you are not alone.
Many members here deal with health anxiety. It is not unusal to feel the physical symptoms of anxiety and conclude that there must be something very wrong going on with our bodies.
There is however hope for recovery!
What is anything have you tried so far for relief? Did your doctor ever mention a long term treatment option for your anxiety concerns? Medication, and/or therapy? These are both things to consider for relief.
Self-help is another great way to get started in feeling more at peace. By lowering your overall stress levels with coping mechanisms...you will lower your physical symptoms, which will then help with the health worries!
