I am sorry that you are dealing with anxiety again currently. Do you remember what helped you in the past to get over your fears? That might be a place to start again, this time. Even if you can't pinpoint anything specifically...the good news is that you did it...and you can do it again!
Have you consulted with your doctor about
this yet? That is usually a good place to start. You can discuss the treatment options such as medication and/or therapy.
