Back from ER ,,,,another day at hospital

So finally , I went to ER I was having non stop rapid heartbeat and panic attacks , And chest sourness , when I got there my heart rate was high ,they did EKG , etc , they didn't do blood work since I was on Friday and did a bunch of stuff , they gave me a 1mg of Ativan and a motorin , said for the inflammation , I think it's calked cordiatisis or something like that of the chest wall , that's what I think was part of my problem , because I was very uncomfortable , the doc said I should really stick with the Zoloft until it kicks in , I'm having increase anxiety , so what do I do me keep popping Ativan .... Uhhhhh

Costochondritis? It's an inflammation of the chest wall and has brought me into the ER four times the past few months. It's made my anxiety terrible! My panic attacks have finally subsided but still dealing with anxiety as a result. You are not alone. I hope you feel better soon!

Yes the motorin helped cause my chest walls was burning , and the Ativan calmed me down , I'm going to really try hard and hack this Zoloft out , this is my first time on meds so its not easy but I'm going through a storm and I need them a little while , I will still do CBT and yoga , I plan to ween off after a few months , no I was going through this before my son was dx thus stArted for me in aug of 2012 my son was dx May2013
