I am sorry to read of your anxiety and troubling symptoms. I know that it can be a struggle to deal with these issues.
There is hope however! I am glad to read that you are planning on seeing your doctor for an official diagnoses and help soon.
I will decline to help you define your anxiety...but instead encourage you to try some of these anxiety reducing self-help activties instead. (really only your doctor/mental health specialist is qualified to diagnose you, but I would say that asking about
the possibility of Social Anxiety would be a good starting point.)
