Not that I know of but feeling real blah already this am panic over my body like something is wrong some where,I don't like this one bit why.wake up like this maybe it's baglash from a crazy dream I had. Are waking up tired and eyes heavy and thinking out of no where unwanted thoughts,just feel like something is wrong some where. Maybe it is the V8 juice just a little I had to take thyroid medicine mo more doing that water it will be,don't know what it is&why today about to start deep breathing&lets hppe I feel better soon not having this today better go
away like now.

Hi, I think I have a similar symptom and it started out slower but now it's bad. I know you will think I'm insane and I know I am but I obsess and over obsess. Like my craziness has reached a million on a scale of 1-10. When this symptom first started happening to me it started out as my neck was stiff. And I felt the right side of my neck and it was a bit more swollen then my left. I was convinced I was dying, but I'm fine. Also it looks like my fingers are slightly swollen like puffy and daily and many many time a day I will feel them and measure around them. It's really horrifying especially because I'm 18 I get so upset and I pray this anxiety will go away or atleast lessen. Sorry I know I'm not much help as far as resources stuff like that. But I'm always here to listen and support. I hope this symptom goes away for you!

If it makes you feel any better I woke up today and yesterday morning out of nowhere (never had it before) with the feeling that someone is squeezing my throat. Im so afraid Im going to have a hard time breathing or swallowing soon. Its still here. I was throwing up all day Sunday so now Im thinking something is seriously wrong with my throat/esophagus like I did damage. Is this anxiety or not? Its so hard to tell right?!?!? Im with you on this, I do not like this at all. Anxiety is a monster and it makes you so scared because you literally cannot tell the difference as to if something is really wrong or not,how do you tell!?!? Grrr! It makes me so angry )-:

@Jenn would never think no such thing&trust I understand your pain&yes it is more then likely anxiety making you feel that way,and I hope you feel better soon try deep breathing like me&switch you mind tp something that will take your focus untill you feel better.

@Lacey thanks but no it never makes me feel better knowing someone else hurts too,I wish I had power to rid us all of this stanking anxiety disorder that comes in&take and take. Iam however grateful tp be able to chat with people who understand,and I too hope you feel better sopn&are having a good day and even better week.
