A very wise lady remind me this morning to remember to stay in the moment - do not worry about
tomorrow and yesterday is not yet here so live today to the fullest.
She is one of my Drs. and is working with me on bio-feed-back and breathing exercises.
A heart attack generally causes uneasiness or ache in the middle of chest. The ache may come on swiftly, or now and then it may begin gradually, developing in intensity in a matter of minutes. It may feel like pressure, squeezing, fullness, heaviness or tightness. The pain has been depicted by patients as: 'like an elephant sitting on my chest', 'like a red hot poker in the center of my chest' or 'like a steel band tightening around my chest'. The ache might be mild, severe or even moderate.
I am glad you have been reassured through tests and exam that you are not having a heart attack.
Let us help you work on your anxiety - keep on talking with us.
