Thank you for sharing your input, and some things that have worked for you.:)
You seem to have a good understanding of your triggers and symptoms...and a lot of times that is a huge piece of the puzzle..and a great step towards treating the issues!
Check out our Resources here on the main page, 1st post if you are interested in reading about some great coping skills for managing anxiety and physical symptoms...even if you currently use some self-help techniques...you may pick up a couple of new ones for your arsenal.:)
