How do you do it? What do you say to yourself to convince yourself that it's all only the anxiety because I have palpitations and chest pains too and sometimes I have random sharp pains in by stomach and that area and my gp said I'm healthy and there's nothing wrong with me but it's so hard for me to believe that and I just really want to stop thinking this way. I see the toll it has on my family and friends that worry for me and u just need it to stop. I Hate having to step out of the room during class because I feel almost cclaustrophobic and unsafe in the class and because I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack or the pains will just become too much and I'll make a seen. I find myself thinking "will the ambulance make it in time?" or " I don't want my family to see me like this." Please just tell me how you do it because I'm so scared that I won't be strong enough.

I always carry one with me just in case I've just heard such negative things about people relying too much on them that I never wanted to take one. And is it normal for my abdominal area to feel as if I've been doing sit ups because I almost feel sore andaI have No idea way. I've been changing up my lifestyle so I understand my body's reacting to the drastic Change but still I just don't know.
