We keep our medications in the medicine cabinet (in a bathroom we don't take showers in....the one for showers does not have a medicine cabinet). Same thing, looks a bit like a pharmacy.
My Husband and I are pretty isolated, we don't socialize often or have people just dropping by (well, rarely at any rate).
My Husband routinely has LAN parties and I resign myself to another part of the house so he and "The Boys" can just go wild downstairs. But note: I have a lock box for all of my meds that all my prescriptions go into, and they are removed from the downstairs bathroom, which is the primary one The Boys would be using.
Interestingly enough, when his friends visit, (a few he's known since college mind you), some of them also have medical problems, and they bring their Rx's. They also keep them in a lock box. We're all grown adults, we all trust each other, we all have our own issues,....but it's out of preservation, safety, and respect, that we keep our medications secure and out of sight.
