You have my prayers and go ahead and let the tears out. You do not have to tamp down your feelings when your so anxious. Letting out your emotions will help decrease the anxiety.

Hello my angels. Thanks for the support, there are no words to describe what it means to me!
The test ended at 11:30. It was painful but the Dr said it looks good. Then he took a look at my MRI results and informed me that there are 2 "spots" on my brain. I said, do you mean like MS lesions? And he said no, more like 2 baby strokes!!!!
Then he goes on saying he does not think it's a stroke, and before panicking, I should wait and speak to my Neuro tomorrow!
Honestly he shouldn't worry about me panicking. I simply don't have the energy for it all of the sudden! I am exhausted.
So here you have it. Part 2 of the Eli Saga coming your way tomorrow.
I love you all, and will be letting you know more tomorrow.

They told me, "normal clutter for a man my age", normal clutter,
old Gurley mags , dirty socks, well I figured it was rocks, my
Mother use to tell me I had Rocks in my head!

I experienced what the Drs. dx as a TIA and went through the whole gambit of tests, CT Scans X 2, TEE x 2 and  many blood tests including genetic testing and the final outcome was I did not have a stroke and TIAs are always presumed until proven otherwise. 

To take 1 baby aspirin daily. 

May your outcome be the same as mine as I know when the Drs. start sending you for all the testing it is nearly impossible to stay out of the anxiety lane but you will be OK with lots of healing prayers from your HealingWell Family.

Thank you sooooo much for your kind words and encouragements. I know some of you have it rough with life threatening illnesses, yet here you are taking the time to comfort little cuckoo me.
Kate my dear thanks for your thoughts and prayers. They made all the difference.
So here I am. I went to see the neurologist, and basically, the two fatal illnesses I thought I had, (I will not name them here, because this place is full of hypochondriacs like myself, and I don’t want people to start comparing symptoms and freaking out), so, I don’t have those.
However, what I have is:"two small remote infarcts involving the left cerebella hemisphere in the territory of the left PICA". Now I dare you to say this 5 times. Fast!
In English, it looks like I’ve had two tiny strokes! A while back (that’s what remote means). The report goes on to say, that this is highly unusual given my tender age (I’m 39).
So the Doc is recommending, wait for it... drum roll... that’s right, more tests!
So as soon as they call me back, I’m going in for: CTA Willis (I’d rather have Bruce. Oh well!); CTA Carotids and just plain CTA. Oh, and she put me on baby Aspirin.
Voila my friends, the latest installment of the Eli Saga!

Yes I've read Kitt's comment, and I'm hoping for the best. Especially that those two spots are old (both doctors said so). So I'm keeping my fingers crossed and praying for a positive outcome. As for me being upbeat, I guess being told you are not dying a horrible death does that to a person

This is a good thing to have your test scheduled sooner rather than later.

You will have all of us tag-a-longs on your shoulder as you head back for more tests.  You will be taking all of your fan club along with you on your shoulder.

Magnetic resonance arteriography illustrates the circle of Willis and its branches. The circle of Willis sits at the base of the brain.  Your test will provide more information  for the Drs. as well as documenting how things appear at this time. The CW is considered an important collateral pathway in maintaining adequate cerebral blood flow so taking a peek at your vessels in this area is just a good practice in helping your Dr. in learning more re why you have experienced 2 small strokes in the past.

The last time I had a CT of my head ( January of 2013) the report read " normal for age" - What - hey Doc, you can tell me I am normal but not as normal as I would have been 20 years ago???

My prayers go with you for the best outcome and soon all the testing will be yesterdays news.

kitt, thanks for The crash course in CT jargon! It could be overwhelming sometimes. Of course, I forgot to ask the neurologist any questions (i'm sooo scared when I meet her, I forget my own name. Pity, since she is so nice and sweet). And I've been trying real hard not to Google anything. So again Kitt, you came to my rescue! Seriously what would I do without you guys?
