Stress and
palpitations are so common, and almost always benign. That said, I can't tell
you specifically what is going on, only your Dr. can do that, so if this
continues, make an appointment with a cardiologist for further
testing. For now, let's assume that you are just experiencing one of
the symptoms of anxiety. Caffeine, stress, lack of sleep, certain foods,
ect...have all been known to bring on the palpitations. Try to avoid
these as much as possible.
People often notice palpitations more when they are laying down as their body is still; when your up and active you may not notice these beats or if you feel one you keep on moving not giving it any thought.
