If I recall your posts, yes,....many members have stated they have similar symptoms to yours, so it's good to know you're not alone in this. I know several provided tips on various things you can try to help cope with the anxiety. S.C. has posted some specific links to Resources on what you can do for yourself.

Also if I recall, many members have recommended various coping strategies for you. Have you tried any of them?
I'm glad that you're seeing a psychiatrist on a regular basis. Given they primarily are MD's that handle psychiatric issues and prescribe meds, are you also seeing a therapist, someone you can really talk to, where you have a safe place for you to open up about all of your emotions and feelings?
What has your psychiatrist recommended?
What does your primary doctor recommend?
Can you list what coping strategies that you've already tried and what the results were?
