I am sorry to hear of this.:( I know how horrible attacks can be...especially as they can come out of nowhere.
I too get dizzy/off center when I move my head to quickly...and it used to really unnerve me!
I hope that you are feeling better today, and that there are no more issues this morning.
I pulled up some great self-help exercises for you. They are really effective at stopping an attack...but even better if practiced daily for regular anxiety management.
