I find that when I feel, like I don't really feel that much, I feel frustrated, maybe, because actually I am quite an emotional person, and like to feel something. Though if anxiety is heavy and it lifts, I don't know, but I'd assume that the relief might represent itself as stable, in other words, no intense emotion.
Though to like emotion. I like emotion, I guess I would get that from talking to people who understand me, and people who have similar interests, which inspire me, or....knowing something which I am passionate about, watching a film and gently testing my knowledge by doing crosswords etc, is what I do sometimes.
I am one of these people, that like to feel productive, so these things help me, and make me feel kind of good about myself.
I hope that this doesn't sound presumptuous or intimidating...it's something, along with my college course which kind of makes me feel healthy, and spurs me on, and can relax me :)
