here i go again

just the usual anxiety this morning. worried about work. also i ordered stuff for an electronic cigarette - i use these in my car. not sure i ordered the right stuff. i am going to run out before the new stuff arrives. i really rely on the e-cigs when i am driving.

also i burnt my throat (inside) from eating something way too hot last night. so i have a little pain there.

otherwise just worries about tasks at work.

i will try some prayer and positive thinking.

please pray for me.
