Paddicake77Feeling like "crap" is always nasty and I am with you, I don't have time to feel like crap and I really do not have time to feel anxious.
The symptoms of anxiety tend to wax and wane and just when we feel good and excited that perhaps it has left us for good, here we are not feeling as good as we would prefer.
Do what you can today and no beating yourself up for having less energy than yesterday. Be kind to yourself as you are a very special person.
