Hello! I am prescribed the same medications! It affects everyone differently, but what I found is best is to take the Zoloft at night before you go to bed, but not RIGHT before. Give yourself some time at night (an hour or two) before deciding to go to bed. I have found that if I take it directly before bed I wake up feeling pretty gross and hungover in the morning, but since I made that change I feel great.
Oh. I am also on the same thing for panic. c: It honestly has been fairly mild but might make you a tad sleepy? I'm not sure how large your dose is compared to mine.
