I am sorry to hear of the anxiety struggles that you are currently experiencing. I know how it feels to want to be well not only for yourself, but also your family.
I am glad to see that you are getting help from and medical and Rx standpoint, as that can be an important part of anxiety management...however, there are other treatment options as well to consider.
Have you looked into the possibility of
therapy? How about
using some
self-help coping skills to increase your plan for reducing the anxiety?
