Can't take it can't do it ....give up

Day 3 on Zoloft and i think I'm going to stop ....

I tired this before and stopped , I'm just at the point whatever happens
Happens , the Zoloft gives me chest discomfort and the Ativan is making my eyes red , I don't feel right , the Zoloft is giving me extra anxiety , my head hurts , I just plain give up , also two years of this , therapy , natural stuff , procedures and more ... My eyes are hurting ...why I'm I suffering .....

I'm just not myself anymore .....and I'm at the end I don't care , this. Is no way for anyone to live .....

Don't give up sweetie. I know how you feel, Just six days ago I to wanted to give up but I tried a low dosage and so far I feel ok. Give it time sweetie and pray. Everything will be alright. -hugs-

SOIA,

As L.N. mentioned, perhaps you can talk to your doctor about tweaking your dosage...

...or worse case senario, either pushing through the effects which should be temporary...or trying another SSRI or an SNRI.

...but for us moms, giving up is just not an option.

Look at your precious boy, and remember how far you have come!!

Have a good cleansing cry, but then get back in the ring, and don't let anxiety get away with getting any more licks in.

You can do this.

I feel anxiety is one of the most underestimated problems out there. Doctors act like it's not a big deal, leaving us to battle it on our own. Never give up, keep fighting. I know it's hard, but trying until you find what works for you. I know that sounds easier said than done, but we are all going through this with you and are here to help. Just keep telling your doctor whats not working for you and you will find what works for you, hopefully real soon. I'll be praying for you and thats a promise. No one should have to suffer like we do. I know it's hard but try to keep your head up. Just keep posting and we will be here. Sometimes all we need is someone who truly understands what we're going through and that truly listen and even give good advice. I'm here if you need someone to vent to. May God bless you with healing and better days. Hope to hear from you soon.

Just came in from E.R ... They was no help at all , all the usual work up .... Uhhhhh I'm so sick of this .... Prayers .... Goodnight everyone .

Sorry to hear that your still not getting any relief. I went to the e.r. at least a dozen times and all had no help for me. Their a joke, if you ask me. Doctors just dont seem to care. I'd like to see them go through this and act like it's not a big deal. Hope you get some relief soon. You really deserve it.

Praying you get some relief soon. Doctors really are sometimes inconsiderate to us with panic and anxiety. What about finding a different doctor who will listen, is that a possibility? I know if I didn't have my doctor, I would have given up and gone nuts by now. Without her truly listening to me, and helping and finding a medicine that worked for me, I would be saying exactly what you are. Wishing you a better day tomorrow. Hang in there..
