I am sorry that you are having a rough night/morning.:( How are you feeling now? Were you able to use some breathing or other coping skill to get you through?
It is really hard when you are having symptoms late at night/early in the morning when all should be quite and still...yet your body is on red alert!
I do hope that you were able to get past the panic, get some rest and that today is a day full of peace and calm for you.
Remember to practice some stress relief exercises everyday to keep your overall anxiety low (see Resources for new ideas.)
