Hi WD and welcome.
I am sorry to hear of your fears and worries in regards to your health. Please know that you are not alone, and that many of us here share or have had the same concerns and anxiety.
It is time to get help when these issues cause a disruption of your everyday life. It is especially upsetting when anxiety robs us of the things we usually enjoy.:(
Here are some links that I think you will find helpful. They are all self help material for health anxiety. Take a look, go through them and do the recommended exercises and see how you feel.

I would also recommend looking into therapy if that is a possibility for you. Many of us here have benefitted greatly from it.
Keep posting here with us as well. We understand, and are here to listen and understand anytime!
