I am very sorry to hear of the anxiety and symptoms that are currently making things difficult for you.
I am glad to hear that you have been cleared from a medical standpoint. This is always the first step...and now you can safely put your efforts towards anxiety management.
I would encourage you to re-visit the idea of therapy. I am sorry to hear that you had a negative first time experience. However, there are many advantages to finding another, good mental health care specialist...as they can be vastly different, and results will natuarally vary!
Have you the means to find a psychiatrist? The reason being is that you can get your needs met both from a medical standpoint, as well as getting set up with therapy again. I would recommend consideing this option.
