I am sorry that you are currently going through so much.:(
If you think about
it...your body and mind are really handling a lot of stressors and changes...and it is not suprising that you would be experiencing some strange symptoms.
It can take several weeks for your system to adjust to an SSRI, and meanwhile you will still be contending with the anxiety (even a temporary increase is possible as Nala mentioned) as well as the new BP Rx effects.
If you add all of those factors together, it is not a mystery why you are feeling off.
