....lay down to relax, pillow propped up and think to yourself ok lets do this, enjoy a quiet moment. Then it starts. Boom, boom, boom. You can feel your heart beat on the back of your neck. Next you reach for your neck to feel how hard your heart is pumping. Slow but hard. Ok now im breathing shallow, i let out a sigh, then my heart speeds up.......ok time to grab a xanax and cross my fingers it all goes away.
Seems like everytime I lay down a variation of this kicks in. Grrrrrrr!
