Before I went through this phase of my downward spiral, I would workout every day with a DVD, the end of the DVD was the cooling down, which included some yoga, which just let me tell you this I have to admire anyone that can do yoga, and anyone that thinks it is "soothing".
I didn't like the yoga part at all, I could walk for 7 miles, but didn't like having my head hanging down, and made me feel weird.
Every one is different, and a lot of people I hear benefit greatly from yoga, like I said I have to give them props it is NOT and easy exercise.
