Quick Question Reike?

Quick question: Has anyone ever used Reike to help with their anxiety. I was thinking of trying it but I wanted to know if it really helped before I gave it a go. Also, if you have, any suggestions on finding a good practitioner? Thanks.

When I was going for my radiation, along with the flyers and cards in the social worker's office were definitely classes on Reike.

I've never taken it or done it, so I have no personal experience. But I was thinking it's a place to start....

Social workers in hospitals....they have all sorts of resources, plus if you check out (call?) your local hospitals, you'd find someone local. Sound like a plan?
