Zoloft to Cipralex

Okay...now it is more clear! I was a little confused by your first post, as to what you were taking, and how you are planning to wean and switch.

It sounds like your doctor has you on a weaning schedule that will allow your start up of the Cipralex to go well. These Rx's that you are dealing with are in the same class/family (SSRI) so you should do just fine.

If you do feel like you are having difficulties, be sure and call your doctor right away, so that things can be discussed (for example, maybe the Zoloft cessation is too abrupt, and you need to temporarily go back up?)

Use your coping skills to get you through any rough spots as well.

You are going to get better. It is just a matter of learning to cope, using your skills, getting the right medication, and giving it time.:)
